Each week,we have to study for five days,so we can only relax ourselves on Saturday and Sunday.I usually get up at 10 or 11 o'clock in the morning,wash my face,brush my teeth.After finishing these things,it's usually time to have lunch.After lunch,I listen to some music and chat with my friends online for two or three hours.At about four o'clock in the afternoon,I usually go out to buy some snacks and drinks.We have dinner at about 6:30.After dinner,sometimes I go out for a walk with my parents,sometimes I stay at home and watch TV.I don't think this kind of lifestyle is good enough,and Ifind that I'm weaker than before and my health is not good as usual.So I decide to change my lifestyle.From now on,I must get up early and do more exercise to keep fit.
