就是看先行词Mr Wang is 【the person】先行词,就是引导词前边的.如果是人的话,就用who,不是人的用which.
the person是 人哦···因此 不可以用which呢
比如：This is the tree which【which前边的是树,不是人哦】 was planted by my father
