请问"this time it's different"的内涵
Just now i read an article in The Economist ,in which the first sentence goes like this :"THIS time it's different" are the four most expensive words in English language,runs a saying among banker .
Question :I wanna know why the author said so?plesae give me a detailed explaination why "This time ti's different "are the most expensive words (You may answer in English if you'd like.)
