Should the seller substitute the performing vessel,a vessel nomination to the Buyer will
be sent,informing the details of vessel,ETA loading port and so on.Buyer should
confirm its acceptance or rejection to the Seller within 1 days after receipt of relevant
vessel nomination from seller.Seller may ship by a single deck bulk carrier of up to 25
years of age,geared or gearless in supplier’s option.In case that vessel’s age is over 25
years old,additional OAP (rate:0.05%) charge shall remit to the buyer by T/T within 5
working days after the buyer sending Debit Note.
