the way i did to improve my listening was by watching english video that i like many times.for example,i watched the whole southpark season three times.i watched it with chinese subtitle for the first time; then with english subtitle for the second time and without subtitle for the last time.basically,u just need to keep listening as often as u can.
this might seem a little bit obvious and simple but it really works.
