1 Titleand Risk
1.1 Title to the Goods will pass to ASDA on delivery ofthe Goods.Neither the Supplier nor any other person shall be entitled toretain title to the Goods after delivery and any such provision which theSupplier or any other person may purport to apply shall not be effective.
1.2 Risk in the Goods is assumed by the Supplier(including risks for and during transport),until actual delivery by theSupplier and receipt of the Goods by ASDA.Any returns of Goods shall be on theaccount and at the risk of the Supplier.
2 SupplierGuides
The Supplier agreesthat it will at all times comply with the terms and requirements of:
(1) the ASDA Supplier Guide; and
(2) in respect of ASDA Branded Goods,the ASDA Brand Technical Guide,(as each is amended by ASDA from time to time).
