Is the driver who will be meeting the volunteers at Beijing airport from the same travel agency with whom your office is assisting to arrange the 1-day tour for volunteers on 24 Apr?the reason i'm asking is because one of the volunteers have relatives in Beijing/Tianjin and may consider to organise the tour on 15 and 24 Apr for the group.This is a tentative plan only.Hence it would be helpful for us to know whether the agency that your office has arranged to meet and send them to Home Inn is also the same agency which will conduct the one-day tour for the group
