This report aims at explaining the following items of HR department:
1.what aspects of our department function most effectively
2.which aspect is most in need of improvement
3.how this improvement could be achieved.
As for the first item, the recruitments have been performed better than before through the effective communication with heads of each department for the employers they really need. We keep the good record on the demands of each department including the positions, the abilities, the character, etc. And we also develop some new ways to test recruiters in the interviews to get more information for the department which needs new workers to check whether the recruiter is competent or not.
As for the second item and the third item, the channels to get more CVs we need is less than before because of the partner WB Company’s bankruptcy. WB was the main company which offered the labors to us before. Although we don’t need new workers now for this year, we need develop new partners to widen our ways to get more information for the recruitments against an uncertain future. We can find some head-hunting companies which are the partners of our trade rivals’ so that we can get fit and proper person quickly.
