Contractor will pay Subcontractor invoices for its Subcontract Works.Unless otherwise specifically agreed by the parties,payment for Subcontract Works rendered will be in United State Dollars respectively according to Exhibit 4 Unit Rates and Method of Measurement.It is expressly understood that the Subcontract Works commissions will be subject to all the retentions,per the tax laws in force in UAE for the time of the payment and any other applicable retentions per that contemplated in this Contract.
承包商将要为它的转包工程给转包商发票.除非双方另有明确约定,归还的转包工程的付款分别依据第四条解释的汇率和计量方法转化成美元.转包工程的佣金将取决于所有的提留,在支付期间依据阿拉伯联合酋长国有效税法,其他的适当提留依据该合同的预期提留.
