If there is a change order during the construction period,the change order shall adopt the unit rate price of the contract.If there is no contract unit rate price for change order or similar,contractor shall submit the unit rate price of the change order to owner for approval prior to beginning work on the changes.Contractor shall submit final account report after construction accepted by owner.Owner shall provide approval or adjusted requirement to contractor within 28 calendar days.
