wondered 用的是一般过去时,但是后面的"should"为何不用一般过去时“shall"?

shall的一般过去时是should,你记反了同学.
错误我想是在于,whether和后面的or not是不能同时用的,把or not去掉貌似就可以了,这是比较中国式思维的错误.
