I'm very glad to have the chance to say something about sports and health.
Sports is important for us.my favorite sport is basketball.
It not only make me happy,but also I can get a strong body.I do sports every day,you konw ,the more exercis I do,the halthier I will be I feel excited when I do exercise ,because of that,I become stronger than before .In a word.Do sports is a good way to get better grade.
