As my examination results dropped to a new low last term, both my teachers and my parents want me to stay in the school hostel. They feel that this will improve my results as I will save time travelling to school every day. However, I do not want to stay in the school hostel. It is dirty, cramped and a wastage of money. I enjoy the time spent walking home with my friends together. I like to do homework in my own room. I am afraid to live alone outside without my parents. Hence I will try to convince my parents to allow me to stay at home. And I will prove to them that I can get good results without living in the school hostel.
