Today, I felt very happy to participate in the social practice in the countryside, organized by our school, which gave me a deep impression.
This morning we gathered at the school gate happily, waiting for the school bus. Soon we were on the way to the suburb. On reaching our destination after a two-hour trip, we were warmly
received by the farmers.
Firstly the farmers with enthusiasm introduced great changes and development in their home town in the past few years and shew us around. What surprised and delighted us most was that the accommodation there was very good. At noon, we had a delicious lunch with characteristic
flavor. In the afternoon we were arranged to help the farmers pick vegetables and fruits, experiencing and enjoying the pleasure of the harvest.
Though the trip to the happy farmhouses was over , it left a permanent memory on me. I feel proud of the achievement which the farmers have made.
