这三个都是介词短语,不过在含义上差别较大,不难区分.
1.regardless of 不管/不顾...
I shall go there regardless of the weather.
无论天气好坏我都要去那儿.
2.in case of 万一/如果...（的话）
In case of fire,walk quickly to the nearest door.
如果失火,就赶快朝最近的门跑.
3.in view of 由于/鉴于/基于...
In view of the facts,It seems useless to continue.
鉴于这些事实,继续下去似乎是无益的.
