因为是问句 所以得把情态动词should提前 跟肯定句变疑问句的道理是一样的那这样是否Ok when should we startwork 把to去掉我不明白为什么要加to因为在这里start和work 都是动词 而两个动词是不能连用的 所以加了to 形成不定时
