应该差不多.只要have作“有”的意思时,既可以把它看成实意动词,疑问句时用“Do”作为助动词提前,也可以直接将have提前作助动词,都表达“有”的意味.而此时的“got”并非表达完成时态,它无具体意思,仅是一种习惯表达而已.
