1:i think if u are interest in english and want to communicate with foreigners ,and you also wanna to get more about other countries' culture history etc..u can learn it without difficulty.
2:beacuse as chaina had joined WTO,and its reform and opening-up policy has effected all the chinese.so we need to learn english ,it's the way that we can talk with foreigners and also we can find a job easily.
