It is believed that college is a great necessity of the human development which is stimulated by science and technology.Up till now,the collected knowledge of the human development has been much more beyond the education of both primary school and middle school. Therefore, college or university is becoming the plateform for young people to gain more knowledge which is increasing with the development of the human being.For an individual,college performance should be regarded as one part of his life,and perhaps,the college education is the new start for a young man who wants to be successful in the future.Without this start,he will surely have more difficulties or problems in the society,for he is lack of the knowledge and experience learned in the college.
