一样的意思,一样的用法.
就是other than / except和except for不可以混用.
exceptfor是同一类的排除,而other than / except不是同一类.
举个例子：It‘s always fine this week except for Thursday（除了礼拜四其他几天天气都很好,用except for）
Britain in quite good except/other than weather(英国什么都很好,就是天气不好,用except或者other than)
