Why the college students’employment is difficult
In my opinion,the difficulty of college students’employment is caused by the following four aspects:
Firstly,the college students themselves:They are lack of experience and unwilling to go to the undeveloped areas and their concept of employment is very old.
Secondly,the college system:A lot of colleges enroll more students year by year while the jobs are limited,causing college students flooding.Causes and training programming can not keep up with the changes of the social needs,causing on the one hand,it is very difficult to find the suitable jobs for college students,on the other hand,it is also very hard for companies to recruit suitable professional students.The education of the college focuses on theory rather than the actual operation ability.
Thirdly,the company employment system:some companies’employment principle is not very appropriate.For example,some companies raise their employment criteria blindly,while others reduce training expense through recruiting experienced workers.
Finally,global economic situation:The global financial crisis causing many companies reducing the number of recruitment of new staff,and even some Fortune 500 companies are also faced with restructuring and bankruptcy.
