that只是引出从句的一个词,没有特别意思,就引出了“you do”的这个从句,而这个从句是作解释“the same way”用的.
as和like在这里都是“像”的意思,而这两个在其他语境中又有其他意思
as还有“当……的时候”、“因为……”的意思,还有“as...as”的用法.
like还有“喜欢”的意思.

但like只可以跟宾语,不可以跟从句
