Why Mrs Wilson want to go shopping near their home next time?
Mrs Wilson takes Trudy and Ben shopping. They go to the supermarket in the new shopping mall.“Why do you buy things here?”Trudy asks.“Because theyare cheaper here than at the corner store,”Mrs Wilson says,“Help me (1) check prices.”The Wilsons are not rich and Mrs Wilson is always careful with her money. She looks carefully at the prices of things. She buys a lot of groceries(杂货) in the supermarket. When they get home, the children say,“(2) We don't think you save money by going to the supermarket.”“Of course I do.”Mrs Wilson says,“Everything is cheaper here.”“We know,”the children say,“but (3) we come by taxi because we have too much to carry. The cost of the taxi is more than the money that you save!”Mrs Wilson thinks over and at last she thinks her children are right.“Well. Next time we'll do shopping near our home.”
