解答
因为 managed 是被动语态,所以前面要用 is 做主要动词 ,因此后面有 to.
且 be动词 和 行为动词原形 不能同时连用.（废话,可略过）
如果是 she managed to have the work done in quite another way 的话,那么 managed 就因该用第三人称单数.
