2 groups of austrian musicians will arrive in mudanjiang for either one evening of a combined concert on august 14th or august 21st(plan A)or for two separate shows on two different evenings on august 13th,14th ot august 20th,21st(plan B):
Plan A(one concert):
Group1-the vienna classical:
Musicians:4 musicians from the austrian pavilion at the expo-three classical:cello(requires another flight ticket),clarinet and violin and an austrian dj will play a variety of austrian songs from mozart to strauss and to contemporary austrian music.
Length:about 45 min
Additional Optional Attraction:An Austrian actress dressed as Princess sisi that the crowds can take pictures with at the entrance to the concert hall..
Additional obligatory delegates:Ms.Brigit Murr,Vice Commissioner General of the Austrian Pavilion at the Expo.
Group 2-Vienna Modern Jazz-Ms.Heidi Krenn and her band:
Musicians:5musicaians-4instruments-Double Bass(requires another flight ticker),Saxophone,Jazz drum set(small)and a Grand Piano+Singer.Group will play Austrian classics and Ms.Krenn will sing from the“Sound of Music”as well as Marlene Dietrich and contemporary songs.
Length:about 45 min.
Plan B(two concerts):
Same as plan A,but Concerts will take place on different nights-one after the other(2 separate concerts instead of one)and will last 1.5 hours each.
Venus requirements:
1 Grand Piano(for Group 2),Sound system and sound man,microphones.
Sales:
1000 tickets(depends on the size of the venue)will be sole for a range of prices from 30-300 RMB per ficket.Estimated revenue from ticket sales:150000RMB.
Costs:
1.50000RMB to artists and to organizer-to be paid to organizer-Mr.Ariel Margalith.
