1 副词位置本来就灵活,He runs slowly to school.Slowly,he runs to school.He slowly runs to school.He runs to school slowly .都对.
2 这是句俗语,为了结构对称,看起来舒服点,有时候还要调韵脚,可以做适当调整的,俗语这东西太口语化了,不适合拿来“语法挑刺”.不是频度副词才可以放到runs前吗，slowly也可以吗可以.........只是不常见，但不是语法错误...........
