第一个最好不要换,用进行时表示的是 孩子们“正在”长身体的阶段.这样意思比较强烈一点.如果没有are 结构不完整.逗号前是一个完整的句子,不能删掉谓语动词.后一个我觉得可以换成need to sleep more
