Non-Compete:Each of the undersigned hereby agree that it will not use any of the Information of the disclosing party in any manner including without limitation to complete with the business of such disclosing party as it is presently being conducted or as it is presently contemplated to be conducted.Each of the undersigned parties acknowledges and agrees that the execution of this Agreement by the parties is necessary for the exchange of Information to determine the viability of the parties entering into a working relationship.The execution of this Agreement does not constitute an agreement of the parties to enter into a working relationship.If the parties do not enter into a working relationship,the enforceability of this Agreement will not be impacted or impaired in any manner.
