In recent years,Chinese commercial Banks to joint-stock reform,and that commercial Banks non-performing loan ratio fell sharply,but this is not based on the fundamental reform on the system,the loan of the rapid expansion of the base and the long-term trend in loans to a large extent masked the credit risk of commercial Banks.Moreover although subprime crisis swept the world has been in the past,but the adjustment of macroeconomic policies to commercial Banks face the new credit risk.
