答案给出的是A，我觉得选B，请问条件1有什么问题？

3x/y 是质数且为整数,但不一定x/y是整数啊
比如 3x/y=7,7大于2 且为质数,但x/y不等于1啊
我觉得是题目的问法比较绕一点,他问的是一定对的（must be true).
