My favourate sport is swimming.I can benefit a lot from swimming both physically and psychologically.For example ,it exercise breath,flexibility and coordination.What'more ,it is an important survival skill which we must need.When I was six,I began to learn swimming,but I cannot do it well.So,I almost go to swimming every weekends and now I can not only swim fast,but also do it like a professinoal swimmer.I usually swim with my friends at in swimming pools.
