Abstract:The modernization of rural areas is a comprehensive and all-around process of improvement.Only when the modernization of politics,economy,culture and peasant mentality was realized in all,can we say that the modernization of the whole rural areas has been realized.But due to the impact from many factors including urban-rural dualism,the modernization of our country's rural areas is falling behind relatively.Therefore,the effective measures and approaches must be taken to give great impetus to the modernization construction of rural areas.
