my bank says that the changes are needed because requiring the confirmation,they agree to pay us directly.For such reason it needs that the instructions of reimbursement (field 78) must be changed so that Unicredit is entitled to pay.At the same time need to change the field 41D,42A and 53A because the Unicredit is recognized from your bank and authorized to pay.Unfortunately without the changes the confirmation is not valid and for us it is a real problem.
