A.For verbs which end up with a single letter "e"
---Add "ing" at the end of them instead of "e"(except"age","dye"and"singe")
For verbs which end up with double "e"
---Add "ing" at the end of them directly
B.For single syllable verbs which contain only one vowel and end up with a single consonant--
Double write that consonant and add "ing" at the end of them
The ending letter which is behind a single vowel should always be double written.
In American English,you can put on "ing" directly at the end of the verbs which end up with "y" .The spelling doesn't change.
