a平方-13a+m=0 --(1)
b平方-13b+m=0 --(2)
(1)-(2)得(a-b)(a+b-13)=0
两种情况
1.a-b=0,a=b,原式的值为2 (a,b不等于0)
2.a+b-13=0,a+b=13,因为a,b为质数,两个质数相加为奇数,其中一个数必定为2,因此a=2,b=11或a=11,b=2,代入得b/a + a/b = 125/22
