Social responsibility of enterprises has been a problem for a long time and discussion of social responsibility also brings more attractions from all sections of society.This article analyzes intension of enterprise social responsibility from both economics and management,and clears the relationship between enterprise social responsibity and economic benefits to reach the purpose of assisting enterprises to better understand and fulfill social responsibilty,to promote development of enterprises and society.
