Study of risk prevention about personal housing mortgae loan
Abstract:Make developing the housing finance become key broblem of true starting expense credit with constant promotion of the housing syetem reform,but personal housing loan has been the hot topic of social attention from all walks of life as the important prop part of housing finance.This article starts with the risk characteristic of personal housing and the analysis of hidden danger ,combining new policy and important links of commercial bank in business procedure,which explain the countermeasures to risk prevention.
