It was noted that the cradle supports under the scrubber were bowed whilst all 4 cradles were positioned and supporting the scrubber.Hofmann Engineering recommends confirming the calculations carried out on the cradles to ensure that the two lifting cradles can support the scrubber's entire weight when loaded.As a proportion it is recommend an MIP of all welds to ensure there has been no fatigue cracking.
