Dear All
I e.mailed you in respect of the above numbered claim on 18.11.10 with no response.The claim letter
stated that the claim would be accepted only when the parts were returned to Ford Daventry (sent 15.09.10)
within 3 months.
I have received no notification from the Depot here or Geoff Weller to state these are back.
If you have any update with reference to the return please advise ASAP otherwise if I have no response
within a week then I will have to reject this claim.
