关系代词顾名思义是代词,指代的是先行词的内容,在从句中充当主语宾语或是表语.关系副词则充当状语（时间,地点,方式等）

分解成：
i still remember the day.
you left for bejing on that day.
先行词the day在从句中充当的是时间状语,因此我们用when 或是 on which
same as 在定语从句中指的是同一事物
same that 在定从中指的是同类事物
this is the same pen as i lost yesterday.
这是我昨天丢的笔.（同一事物）
先行词由those充当时,定语从句中的关系代词用who 或是which,在本句中,those指代的是人,因此填which
