选A,
两个独立的句子如果没有连词的话是不能出现在一句话中的.这句话中虽然有BECAUSE OF 但它连接的是第一分句的前后两个部分,而不是整句话.要使前一分句成为独立主格才符合语法,故排除C,D.
再来看独立主格,ALL FIGHTS 和 THEY 之间显然是被动,故选A.
看到句子不要慌,分析结构再作选择,其实没什么难的.
