很少有Someone tells them这种情况的，虽然句子结构完整，但是总是感觉缺一点东西。

被动就是（举例）They are told that they don't have to go home before 6p.m.
They are told about the good news.
Q2这个不清楚啊，很抱歉，毕竟我也是学生。不过从句前面加上that，which(一定要根据句子主语或宾语确定引导词)一定是对的！有些句子是可以省略的。
