Kraft sees that there would be a great cut-down on expenditures after the merge of the two companies and would bring him up to $ 625 millions of tax relief yearly if it completes. what's more, Kraft would also expect an increase rate in operation revenue from 4% of this year to 5% of the next year, and EPS(Earning per Share) rate from 7%~9% of this year to 9%~11% of the next year.
