The ways to keep healthy
I think there are some ways to keep healthy. The fisrt one is eat more fruit.The second one is have 8-hour sleep.The third one is we should do exercises a lot.And there are something we need to take a good look at.Do not eat fat food too much.Do not drink coffee a lot.Do not be so tired of work.Somke less and eat taffy less.That would make us healthy.
