分词短语可以是一个词,也可以是一个短语

seen和heard这里作为形容词,表示“被听到的、被看见的”,这一类由分词而来的形容词是要后置的
这里的seen和heard是一个词的,短语形式的例如：
The story believed by all the children is actually not true.
所有孩子都相信的这个故事其实不是真的.
believed by all the children就是一个后置的分词短语,修饰story
