by the time 为连词
1. by the time+一般现在时, 主句+将来完成时.
eg. by the time you arrive, the famous film stars , will have left.
2. by the time+一般过去式, 主句+过去完成时
eg. by the time the doctor arrived, the patient had died
3. as soon as+ 一般现在时, 主句+一般将来时
as soon as i see him, i will tell him this news
