不需要.这种句法叫直接引语,引号里面是当时说话的原文,不需要换时态.
如果去掉引号就变成了间接引语,这个时候就要注意时态和人称上面的变化了.
举个列子：都是我在过去对她说
1.直接引语：I said:"You're beautiful today"
2.间接引语：I said to her that she was beautiful today.
