The food my friends and family like depends on the season and time of year.In summer,we usually like cold dishes and vegetable dishes.It is Chinese beliefs that food can be divided into "hot" and "cold" in nature and in summer we should take in more food that is cold in nature.In winter,we eat more meat dishes because the need for more energy to keep our bodies warm.And in general,we like to drink soups before or after meals and also have fruits as part of the meal.
