Let's analyze the topic together.firstly,we know that this topic has pointed out that scientific and technology advances are benefit in our daily life today.so you can say yes to this statement,and prove it right.it is very easy ,you can got many examples form our daily life.next the main question comes after,to what extent do you agree that most of the scientists are no longer able to find the solutions to the problems they have created.you can have your own opinions.but what i think is that i confirmly don't agree with this idea.because although science and technology have been developing fastly,but all this happens because of human beings' great efforts,so the sci-tech will never surpass human's creativity.all questions will be solved ,it is just the problem of time!
