hereby certifies that in the event where the products are found to not conform to specs and approval standard,ICS shall be entitled to return all the goods to the supplier at the expense of the supplier and request the supplier to refund the full value of the merchandises on the original landed cost basis,or the supplier needs to carry out remedy for the returned merchandises,promptly replace any defective products and airfreight the replacement immediately to the customers eithin the required time in strict compliance with ICS's instructions.All the expenses incurred and expediting cost of delivery are to the account of the supplier at all times.In addition to the above remedies,under all circumstances,the supplier also needs to be responsible for any extra claims,losses,damages whatsoever arising our of or in respect in such matters.
